This tool is to support organisations to map existing or new training to the Family Violence Entry-to-Expert Capability Framework (E2E) capabilities. Mapping existing training will help to form a picture of the current landscape. This will inform what gaps exist, which we can then plan how to address.

There are four templates, one for each level and the templates include an introduction and information on how to use the tool.

The capabilities have been clustered into subject-related modules and the five E2E principles are represented on the templates.

The coloured boxes on the completed Broad Benchmarking of Roles Tool will help to determine what level/s workers should be aiming for, which in turn can inform what level/s your training should be mapping to.
